Healthcare Outlook Conclave 2025 (HOCON 2025)
1. Registration Process & Admission
1.1. All attendees must complete the registration online through the official event website or authorized registration portal.
1.2. On-spot registrations will not be permitted. Only pre-registered and approved participants will be allowed entry.
1.3. Your registration is considered provisional until it has been reviewed and accepted by the Event’s Advisory Committee.
1.4. If your application is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique QR code. This QR code must be presented at the venue for entry.
1.5. Entry will be denied without a valid QR code and matching government-issued photo ID.
2. Right to Refuse Admission
2.1. The Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to approve, reject or revoke any registration without the obligation to provide justification.
2.2. Submission of a registration form does not guarantee entry to the Event.
2.3. Admission is subject to availability, relevance to the event profile, and alignment with the target delegate criteria.
3. Entry Protocol & Identification
3.1. QR Code scanning is mandatory at the registration counter on the day of the event.
3.2. Upon successful check-in, attendees will receive an official badge and welcome kit.
3.3. Attendees must carry a valid photo ID (e.g., Aadhar card, driver’s license, passport) that matches the details submitted during registration.

7. Data Privacy & Communication
7.1. By registering, you consent to the Organizer collecting and processing your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
7.2. You may receive communications related to the Event, including reminders, updates, and post-event follow-ups.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your participation in the Event unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
8.2. All travel and accommodation arrangements are the responsibility of the attendee.
